The delivery charges depend on several factors, including the client’s location, the amount they have spent on their order, and the type of shipping they choose. The cost of delivery may vary based on the shipping destination and the selected shipping method. 

The accepted payment methods include Letter of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfer (TT), or as mutually agreed upon between the client and the business.

Depending on the selected shipping method (by air, land, or sea), we will contact you to inform you of the estimated delivery time.

Shopping in the Online Shop is secure. All data is protected, and it will only be used for newsletters if a customer chooses to register for them. Your personal information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is not used for any purposes other than those explicitly agreed upon.

After placing an order, we await proof of payment while simultaneously checking our stock availability. If we have the item in stock and receive the payment, we proceed to ship your order using the chosen delivery method, and it will be delivered to you. In the event that we don’t have the stock on hand, we will initiate the ordering process and keep you updated on the status of your order.

You will receive an invoice enclosed in the boxed item upon delivery. If you prefer to have an invoice before the delivery, feel free to contact us and request one, and we will promptly provide it for you.
